Simulation

Leaders need to train to be prepared for difficult situations. Through our simulations and practical exercises, they have the opportunity to do so.  

Pilots sit for hours practising in the simulator. Professional athletes train intensively before an important event. Managers are expected to perform continuously, but are given little or no opportunity to train along the way.

Through the use of realistic job simulation exercises and feedback from experienced consultants, the managers develop and improve their skills.
