Executive network

The Executive Network, Assessit Dialog, provides executives with the opportunity to coach, support, and share ideas and experiences with each other. Currently around 1,500 managers from Norway, Sweden and Denmark have joined the network.

Assessit Dialog is a learning focused network partly based upon the ideas of Kolb and the Learning Cycle. Many managers are fully occupied by day to day tasks and do not take the time necessary to observe and reflect upon the consequences of their decisions. We have therefore created an arena for reflection and development, where two managers can meet over a business lunch, to help and train each other to become a reflective manager.

The process starts with an assessment of the manager’s strengths and development needs. Based upon this we search for an appropriate partner that will match these needs.

We then initiate a meeting with these two hand picked managers and provide them with a structure and a development guide they can follow in order to get to know each other, and be of mutual benefit to each other in identifying challenges, evaluating development and sharing their experiences in the development process.

Assessit also offers a range of training activities that the managers can attend.
