Assessment Centres
As an effective part of leadership development and coaching we also offer assessment centre services. Through the use of new technology and effective job simulation exercises we have been able to develop a highly cost effective version of the assessment centre without reducing its reliability. The principles of the centre are based upon research undertaken by Dr. Ole I. Iversen on managerial competencies associated with success in the European workplace today.

The principles of the centre are based upon research undertaken by Dr. Ole I. Iversen on managerial competencies associated with success in the European workplace today.
The process includes:
- Clarification of the competencies required for the position;
- A personality test that the candidates complete over the internet before the assessment centre (30 languages available);
- An assessment day which includes two relevant job simulation exercises (lasting approximately 20 minutes each) and a structured behavioural based interview, taking between 2,5 and 3 hours per candidate.
- A written report is supplied to the candidates summarising strengths and development needs;
- The client will receive a written report with an overall evaluation of the candidates indicating the strengths and weaknesses of the different candidates compared to the requirements for the position in question.
